What does DronaHQ do?

DronaHQ empowers developers, IT professionals and business teams to quickly build employee portals, operational apps, internal tools for web and mobile with rich graphical user interfaces around any sort of datastore or API.

How to cancel DronaHQ subscription

You can anytime cancel your DronaHQ account and subscription license.
Within your studio login go to support –> Category “Cancel subscription” –> Submit.

You will not be billed for next billing cycle.

What is included in the Free Trial?

It is a 14 day free trial of starter plan. There are no hidden costs and a credit card is not required, simply sign-up and get started immediately. It is suited to test the potential of the platform, design UI, add business logic, connect to data source, publish apps. Invite users or share apps.
After the free trial users can opt to switch to free forever developer plan or upgrade their accounts to starter, business or enterprise plans.

What are connectors?

Connectors in DronaHQ are integrations to back-end services – apps, APIs or database to establish connection with a data source. Say Google Sheet is one of your data source and MySQL DB is another data source. Now, if you connect to both of these data sources, you will consume two connectors. Within each connector you can add ‘n’ number of APIs or DB queries to use in your application.

DronaHQ offer over 50 out-of-the-box connectors to most commonly used apps and databases.

Who owns my data?

You do! It’s your data after all! You can export all your information from Sheets at anytime, in any plan. 

DronaHQ is SOC-II and ISO 27001 certified. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. All DronaHQ Studio plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe. Depending on the user permissions you establish for your account and users, you control who can access your apps, database, APIs so only designated users have access to mission-critical.

What are Add-ons?

You can categorise various views of the apps into catalogues like End-Users, Supervisor, Managers, Partners.
You can also define the access permission to Apps, Automations, and APIs configured in your account for different user groups.

Do you offer special plans for non-profits or educational institutes?

Yes, non-profits, NGOs, Educational organizations can get 25% off on the Starter or the Business plan. Contact us here to learn more.

Can I have usage-based pricing for DronaHQ?

Yes, you can get usage-based pricing under our Enterprise plan. Usage is based on tasks or API calls. For more information, contact sales.

Is DronaHQ SOC2 Compliant?

Yes,  DronaHQ has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance and has additionally been audited for GDPR compliance. Reports are available for customers, upon request. To know more, click here.

What is an automation task?

Any server-side call like DB query, API call etc. is considered a task. Tasks are metered at 1MB/task.

What is considered as view?

Every app open on the public link or embedded app is considered as a view.
