Bajaj Finserv uses DHQ Studio, to build ATOM, an app based un-case study competition to attract talent from top B-Schools for recruitment and increasing the students’ mindshare for their brand.
The goal is to ensure that the message reaches the right target audience, make the company business understood by them and make the brand aspirational over the competitors’. Post-rollout they witnessed over 4600 sign-ups from over 16 campuses across India.
